Candidate data of SafeHire WebApp shall be accessed only if the company or client's user has a valid use case to access the data. Following may be the use cases to access the data:

• If user has received job application of the candidate.
• If the user has hired the candidate and making addition to the employment history of the candidate.
• If the user is updating any information of the candidate like updating addresses or mobile number or education or adding employment with any other company.
• If the user is releasing the candidate.

If the user of SafeHire Webapp access the data without any of the above valid reason, this shall be treated as breach of the terms of use.
